I am an anthropologist, entrepreneur, certified professional coach, visionary and passionate by human development, social progress and socio-economic relationships.

I have a solid experience of ten years as a leader in a private Canadian company with headquarters in Peru. My experience in human resources in an intercultural environment brought me to follow a systemic management coaching training in Montreal, which gave immediate results, and my ACC certification by the International Coach Federation.

In parallel, I accompany teams, individuals and organizations in a professional and / or personal transformation towards new goals through circuits of adventure and sport expeditions in the Andes.
Through the last ten years in change management in a multicultural environment business, I developed a passion for challenges related to human relations, leadership teams and the development of skills in conflict resolution and negotiations in the Peruvian company context.

I am pleased to join the team of Morena Coaching International because I see in it a dynamic group, motivated and results-oriented, seeking multiple solutions to the many challenges of the third millennium.
