y regarding me as the expert on my own life he enables me to fulfil my inner potential, by listening attentively to me and asking the questions I’m waiting to hear, by giving me feedback, sometimes giving advice, sometimes making requests but always in a context of mutual respect and trust. He helps me to uncover the missing pieces and work to recover them.

My coach helps me get things in perspective, to make the most of my own creativity by relying on my own ability and awareness, and by using my own ideas in simple and effective ways. He has faith in my capacity to improve things, to succeed and and sees what harms or what energises me .
