Conflict management

Unresolved conflicts have a devastating impact, both with the people involved, as their stakeholders; and what about the direct and indirect costs for organizations. The paradox is that a well-managed conflict with facilitation, individual or group coaching, allows everyone, including organizations, to grow out and reconnect with a collaboration too long absent.

As we strive to shade conflicts, we forget the light that reflects on everyone, when they are well managed.
